It has been reported that families are receiving phone calls regarding SAT College Board Exam fees.
The caller states that when the student applied to take the SAT test, a box was checked requesting study materials. The caller then states that a check for $250 should be mailed to pay for those alleged study materials.
THIS IS A SCAM, no check should be mailed.

Non-Sanctioned Fund Raising -
Superintendent Anita Murphy
It was recently brought to the District's attention that folks are "fund raising" for supplies, etc. for APW classrooms.
The school district provides staff members with the supplies that they need and is not collecting in this manner.
Please note, neither the APW Board of Education nor APW Administration has sanctioned any crowd funding
(go fund me, donors choose, etc.) and that APW would not fund
in this manner! If you have any questions around
"crowd funding" specifically for APW, please contact the District Office at 315.625.5251 or email email@example.com
