New county COVID hotline

The Oswego County Health Department has a new phone line set up for parents with questions or concerns about isolation or quarantine. They can call this number if they want to dispute Isolation or Quarantine dates, have questions about dates, unsure on isolation or quarantine procedures, or have comments. 

The number is 315-326-6055. This line is a voicemail only and will not be staffed by a live person. Messages will be picked up throughout the day.

Parents that want to report to us a positive student or need release paperwork can still call the hotline at 315-349-3330.
