APW Kindergarten Registration for 2019-2020
The Altmar Parish Williamstown Central School District (APW) has begun Kindergarten pre-registration for the 2019-2020 School Year.
Children entering Kindergarten in September 2019 must be five years of age on or before December 1, 2019 (parents can choose to wait until the child is six years of age to register them for Kindergarten).
To complete the registration process, parents or guardians must submit completed registration paperwork along with the child’s birth certificate, current immunization record and proof of residency. If applicable, custody documents regarding any custody circumstances should also be provided.
Registration packets have been mailed to parents of eligible school-age children within the APW School District. If you did not receive a packet, or if you are new to the APW School District, please contact the District Registrar at (315) 625-5275. If preferred, registration forms may be picked up at the District Office (JSHS Building) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
APW Universal Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment for 2019-2020
Enrollment for the Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program in the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (APW) Central School District has now begun for the 2019-20 school year.
APW UPK is a half-day program providing a variety of exciting educational experiences to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally as well as achieve their highest potential. The program is operated with a state grant and is offered at no cost to children turning four years old on or before Dec 1, 2019. Children cannot be of school age and must be a legal resident of the APW School District.
Registration paperwork has been mailed to eligible families based on census listings. If you are interested in being sent a registration packet or have any questions regarding the program please contact the Elementary main office at (315) 625-5260.
