APW To Host 39th Annual Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Dinner

Fall is in the air, and the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown (APW) High School Student Government is once again preparing for its Annual Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Dinner.
For the 39th consecutive year, APW High School students will host the beloved community event for senior residents of the district. This year’s dinner will take place at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, in the Junior-Senior High School dining room.
The cafeteria will be decorated in a harvest theme featuring student-made artwork. Guests will enjoy live entertainment provided by students and staff throughout the evening, along with several opportunities to win door prizes donated by local businesses, community members and staff.
Dinner will feature a traditional Thanksgiving menu, including turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, squash, vegetables, rolls and condiments. And of course, no Thanksgiving meal would be complete without homemade pie for dessert.
Those planning to attend are encouraged to make reservations by calling the school at (315) 625-5220. Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, Nov. 3, 2025.
