📢 Your Voice, Our Future: Join the Strategic Plan Focus Groups!

Dear APW Families, Community Members, and Staff,

 

Thank you to everyone who participated in our preliminary survey to help shape the APW Central School District’s 2027–2032 Strategic Plan. Your responses help us identify areas for future priorities.

 

We are now moving into the next phase: Focus Groups. These sessions are designed to move beyond the survey data (the what) and gather rich discussion (the why) to help us finalize our new goals and strategies.

 

Your valuable perspective is needed to ensure the next five-year roadmap truly reflects the needs of every learner.


How to Participate

We are offering multiple Focus Groups tailored to different stakeholder groups.  All sessions cover the same core data and discussion points.


1) Parent / Community (Virtual): Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, from 6:00 - 7:00pm via Zoom. Link will be sent once RSVP is received.

2) Jr. / Sr. High School Staff (In-Person): Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, from 2:45 - 3:45pm in the APW Jr. / Sr. High School Library

3) Elementary Staff (In-Person): Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, from 4:00 - 5:00pm in the Elementary Library

4) Parent / Community (In-Person): Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, from 6:00 - 7:00pm in the APW Jr. / Sr. High School Cafeteria
